Salsa in the Mix began in 1999 as a Latin dance team, performing at night clubs and venues all over the LA area.
What quickly set SIM apart and made the troupe popular was the talent and wide-range of training the members have: from classical ballet and jazz, to hip-hop, middle-Eastern, and ballroom. Our dancers are able to incorporate many diverse dances and styles into our routines.
Soon after, the SIM was widely-known and was being hired to perform at events all over the world.
Even though SIM has grown from a smaller troupe into a large company of collaborating dancers, they are all professionals who teach, compete, and have many years of performance experience and training.
